Owner-led on site
The owner works on site, not from an office. The person accountable for the result is the person setting the stone.
Fabrication in house
We fabricate stone ourselves and coordinate outside fabricators where a piece calls for it — so the cut serves the design.
General contracting
We act as general contractor, which puts whole-bath and kitchen remodels within scope — not tile setting alone.
Licensed and insured
Fully licensed and insured, with a limited warranty on our work.
The Difference
Most of the work happens before anything is set.
A large-format slab has one correct layout and a great many wrong ones. Veining has to run where the eye expects it. Seams have to land where they are not read as seams. Grout lines have to relate to the architecture around them rather than to the tile alone.
That planning is where a refined installation separates itself, and it is where we spend our attention. It is unglamorous, it does not photograph, and it is the entire difference between stone that reads as considered and stone that reads as applied.
